I am Dr. Jacque Bartley, a British-West Indian – American entrepreneur who has worked internationally and in Corporate America for over twenty years. I have developed and conducted corporate training for managers and employees in multi-national companies. As an entrepreneur, I have developed a successful company, Higher Level Consultants LLC where I have tutored over nine hundred students in Asian countries, the United States, England, and Canada. What’s my passion? Education! My goal is to help you unlock your entrepreneurial skills to generate additional income streams doing what you love.
